If you are unable to find a symbol in the search, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Select Exchange
1. On the symbol search page, ensure that you have the correct exchange/territory selected in the 'Search Exchange' dropdown field.Please note that most European funds will appear in an Exchange named 'European Funds' in the 'Europe' section. The list of supported exchanges in each territory can be found here. All US exchanges are supported.
Clear Cache
Mac1. Navigate to the app settings by selecting 'Simple Stocks' > 'Settings...' in the menu bar. 2. Navigate to the 'Advanced' tab and click on the 'Clear Cache' button3. In the popup that appears, click on the 'Clear' button4. Return to the search page, and change to a different exchange, then switch back. iPhone and iPad1. Navigate to the 'App Settings' page by tapping on 'Settings' in the sidebar bar on iPad, or selecting 'App Settings' from the portfolio dropdown (top left of the screen) on iPhone.2. At the bottom of the page tap on the 'Clear Cache' button3. In the popup that appears, click on the 'Clear' button4. Return to the search page, and change to a different exchange, then switch back.
