If you are unable to find a symbol in the search, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Mac1. Navigate to the app settings by selecting 'Simple Stocks' > 'Settings...' in the menu bar. 2. Navigate to the 'Advanced' tab and click on the 'Clear Cache' button3. In the popup that appears, click on the 'Clear' button4. Return to the search page, and and try again.
iPhone and iPad1. Navigate to the 'App Settings' page by tapping on gear icon on the top right of the screen and selecting 'Open Settings'. 2. At the bottom of the page tap on the 'Clear Cache' button3. In the popup that appears, click on the 'Clear' button4. Return to the search page, and try again.

1. Navigate to the search page and type in the desired symbol2. If no results appear, keep typing until you see the message "No symbols found"3. Select the button 'Look Up Missing Symbols...
4. Type in the missing symbol in the sheet that appearsPlease note that most symbols supported by the Apple Stocks app are supported by Simple Stocks. As symbols are not always consistent across platforms, it is a good idea to first find the symbol on the Apple Stocks app to ensure the correct symbol is used.5. Select the 'Look up' button, and if available, the 'Add Symbol' button at the bottom of the page will become available.
